Job Description:
 
Well-known manufacturer seeks research team member to design, develop,
produce and test MEMS circuits (micro-electromechanical devices and
packages) for wireless communications and Internet Access in automotive
multi-media applications.  We're looking for experience with Si MEMS
technology; knowledge of SUMMIT process, Si surface micromachining, CMOS-MEMS
integration, wafer-level assembly techniques and packaging, knowledge of
process engineering and process development, experience in the use of
plasma etching equipment (STS/Plasma-Therm).  BS in electrical engineering,
integrated circuitry or equivalent.  Experience in research/development
environment preferred.  Experience in project management desired.
